默想：「你們要將一切的憂慮卸給神，因為祂顧念你們。」（彼前5:7）Insight:  “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” (1Pe 5:7)

默想：「萬物的結局近了，你們要謹慎自守，警醒禱告。」（彼前4:7）Insight:  “The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.” (1Pe 4:7)

默想：「總而言之，你們都要同心；彼此體恤，相愛如弟兄，存慈憐謙卑的心。」（彼前3:8）Insight:  “Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.” (1Pe 3:8)

默想：「你們蒙召原是為此；因基督也為你們受過苦，給你們留下榜樣，叫你們跟隨他的腳蹤行。」（彼前2:21）Insight:  “To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.” (1Pe 2:21 )

默想：「惟有你們是被揀選的族類，是有君尊的祭司，是聖潔的國度，是屬神的子民，要叫你們宣揚那召你們出黑暗、入奇妙光明者的美德。」（彼前2:9）Insight:  “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (1Pe 2:9)

默想：「草必枯乾，花必凋謝；惟有主的道是永存的。」（彼前1:24-25）Insight:  “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.” (1Pe 1:24-25)
