默想：「…你們不是自己的人；因為你們是重價買來的。所以要在你們的身子上榮耀神。」（林前6:19-20 ）Insight: “ … You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” (1Co 6:19-20)

默想：『凡事我都可行，但不都有益處；凡事我都可行，但無論哪一件，我總不受它的轄制。』（林前6:12）Insight: “I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”—but I will not be mastered by anything.” (1Co 6:12)

默想：「你們既是無酵的麵，應當把舊酵除淨，好使你們成為新團；因為我們逾越節的羔羊基督已經被殺獻祭了。」（林前5:7）Insight: ““Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch — as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.” (1Co 5:7)

默想：「人應當以我們為基督的執事（僕人），為神奧秘事的管家。所求於管家的，是要他有忠心。」（林前4:1-2）Insight: “This, then, is how you ought to regard us: as (ministers) servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed. Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” (1Co 4:1-2)

默想：「人在那根基上所建造的工程若存得住，他就要得賞賜。」（林前3:14）Insight: “If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward.” (1Co 3:14)

默想：「神為愛祂的人所預備的，是眼睛未曾看見，耳朵未曾聽見，人心也未曾想到的。」（林前2:9）Insight: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived. The things God has prepared for those who love him.” (1Co 2:9)
