默想：「因為罪的工價乃是死；唯有神的恩賜，在我們的主耶穌基督裡，乃是永生。」（羅6:23）Meditation: “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[b] Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Rom 6:23)

默想：「唯有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死，神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。」（羅5:8）Meditation: “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Rom 5:8)

默想：「得赦免其過、遮蓋其罪的，這人是有福的！主不算為有罪的，這人是有福的。」（羅4:7-8）Meditation: “Blessed are those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord will never count against them.” (Rom 4:7-8)

默想：「因為世人都犯了罪，虧缺了神的榮耀，如今卻蒙神的恩典，因基督耶穌的救贖，就白白地稱義。」（羅3:23-24）Meditation: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.” (Rom 3:23-24)

默想：「凡恆心行善，尋求榮耀、尊貴和不能朽壞之福的，就以永生報應他們。」（羅2:7）Meditation: “To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life.” (Rom 2:7)

默想：「我不以福音為恥；這福音本是神的大能，要救一切相信的。」（羅1:16）Meditation: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes.” (Rom 1:16)
