默想經文：「凡勞苦擔重擔的人，可以到我這裡來，我就使你們得安息。」（太11:28）Insight: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Mat 11:28)

默想經文：「兩個麻雀不是賣一分銀子嗎？若是你們的父不許，一個也不能掉在地上；就是你們的頭髮也都被數過了。」（太10:29-30）Insight: “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.” (Mat 10:29-30)

默想經文：「康健的人用不著醫生，有病的人才用得著。⋯我來，本不是召義人，乃是召罪人。」（太9:12-13）Insight: “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. . . For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Mat 9:12-13)

默想經文：耶穌說：「你們這小信的人哪！為什麼膽怯呢？」於是起來斥責風和海，風和海就大大地平靜了」（太8:26）Insight: “He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.” (Mat 8:26)

默想經文：「所以，凡聽見我這話就去行的，好比一個聰明人，把房子蓋在磐石上。雨淋、水沖、風吹，撞著那房子，房子總不倒塌，因為根基立在磐石上。」（太7:24-25）Insight: “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” (Mat 7:24-25)

默想經文：「你們要先求祂的國和祂的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。所以，不要為明天憂慮，因為明天自有明天的憂慮；一天的難處一天當就夠了。」（太6:33-34）Insight: “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” (Mat 6:33-34)
