「基督耶穌降世，為要拯救罪人。」（提前1:15）

默想：「親愛的兄弟啊，不要效法惡，只要效法善。行善的屬於神，行惡的未曾見過神。」（約叁11）Insight:  “Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God.” (3Jh 1:11)

默想：「愛你們是為真理的緣故，這真理存在我們裏面，也必永遠與我們同在。」（約貳2）Insight:  “because of the truth, which lives in us and will be with us forever.” (2Jh 2)

默想：「凡從神生的就勝過世界，使我們勝了世界的，就是我們的信心。勝過世界的是誰呢？不是那信耶穌是神兒子的嗎？」（約一5:4-5）Insight:  “for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. 5 Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.” (1Jh 5: 4-5)

默想：「人若說『我愛神』，卻恨他的弟兄，就是說謊話的；不愛他所看見的弟兄，就不能愛沒有看見的神。」（約一4:20）Insight:  “Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.” (1Jh 4:20)

默想：「從來沒有人見過神，我們若彼此相愛，神就住在我們裡面，愛祂的心在我們裡面得以完全了。」（約一4:12）Insight:  “No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.” (1Jh 4:12)
