默想：「但命令的總歸就是愛；這愛是從清潔的心和無虧的良心，無偽的信心生出來的。」（提前1:5）ommand is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.” (1Ti 1:5) 

默想：「弟兄們，你們行善不可喪志。」（帖後3:13）Insight:“And as for you, brothers and sisters, never tire of doing what is good.” (2Th 3:13) 

默想：「主所愛的弟兄們哪，我們本該常為你們感謝神；因為祂從起初揀選了你們，叫你們因信真道，又被聖靈感動，成為聖潔，能以得救。」（帖後2:13） Insight:“But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as firstfruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth.” (2Th 2:13) 

默想：「要常常喜樂；不住地禱告；凡事謝恩，因為這是神在基督耶穌裡向你們所定的旨意。」（帖前5:16-18）Insight:“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1Th 5:16-18) 

論到睡了的人，我們不願意弟兄們不知道，恐怕你們憂傷，像那些沒有指望的人一樣。」（帖前4:13） Insight:“we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.” (1Th 4:13) 

默想：「神召我們，本不是要我們沾染污穢，乃是要我們成為聖潔。」（帖前4:7）Insight:“For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life.” (1Th 4:7)
