默想：耶穌對他們說：「你們的信心在哪裡呢？」他們又懼怕又稀奇，彼此說：「這到底是誰？祂吩咐風和水，連風和水也聽從祂了。」（路8:25）Insight: ““Where is your faith?” He asked His disciples. In fear and amazement they asked one another, “Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him.”” (Luk 8:25)
默想：「我（軍官）也自以為不配去見祢（耶穌），只要祢說一句話，我的僕人就必好了。」（路7:7）Insight: “That is why I (centurion) did not even consider myself worthy to come to you (Jesus). But say the word, and my servant will be healed.” (Luk 7:7)
默想：「你們不要論斷人，就不被論斷；你們不要定人的罪，就不被定罪；你們要饒恕人，就必蒙饒恕。」（路6:37）Insight: “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.” (Luk 6:37)
默想：耶穌對他們（自以為義的法利賽人和文士）說：「無病的人用不著醫生，有病的人才用得著；我來本不是召義人悔改，乃是召罪人悔改。」（路5:31-32）Insight: “Jesus answered them (Self-righteous Pharisees and scribes), “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” (Luk 5:31-32)
默想：「人活著不是單靠食物，乃是靠神口裡所出的一切話。」（路4:4）Insight: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” (Luk 4:4)
默想：「你們要結出果子來，與悔改的心相稱。」（路3:8）Insight: “Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.” (Luk 3:8)
