默想經文：「凡自高的，必降為卑；自卑的，必升為高。」（太23:12 ）Insight: “For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” (Mat 23:12)

默想經文：「你要盡心、盡性、盡意愛主你的神。這是誡命中的第一，且是最大的。其次也相倣，就是要愛人如己。」（太22:37-39）Insight: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” (Mat:22:37-39)
