Bible Reading: Hebrews 10
Insight: : “So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.” (Heb 10:35)
Insight one: Are you being opposed, misunderstood, excluded, envied, and framed just because of believing in the Lord or serving the Lord? The Lord knows all this because He has walked through your journey already. We are children of God, and He will never leave us as orphans. The Bible has mentioned “Don’t be afraid” 365 times. This is like that God is with us every day in a year. God said: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” (Isa 41:10).
Insight two: What do Christians need most in this dark world where Satan is in power? It is “do not throw away your confidence”! Only by relying on the mighty power of God can we get rid of the fear and inexplicable uneasiness in our hearts. The Lord is by our side, we should be strong and courageous, not afraid of suffering for the Lord, not afraid of being assumed because of others, not afraid of reputation damage, not afraid of loss of assets, until we “have done the will of God”.
Prayer: Dear Lord, I know that the path of the cross is not an easy journey, but it is the pathway You have walked through and is the only way to heaven. Lord, please give me more courage and endurance, so that I can overcome the difficulties and challenges again and again, knowing that all these experiences are for eternal promises and rewards. You have laid up the beautiful inheritance for me, so that I can watch and live until You come again. I pray in the holy name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
