默想：「主是幫助我的，我必不懼怕，人能把我怎麼樣呢？」（來13:6）Insight:  “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” (Heb 13:6)

默想：「婚姻，人人都當尊重，床也不可污穢，因為苟合行淫的人，神必要審判。」（來13:4）Insight:    “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.” (Heb 13:4) 

默想：「所以，我們既得了不能震動的國，就當感恩，照神所喜悅的，用虔誠、敬畏的心侍奉神。因為我們的神乃是烈火。」(來12:28-29)Insight:  “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.”” (Heb 12:28-29)

默想：「你們要追求與眾人和睦，並要追求聖潔，非聖潔沒有人能見主。」（來12:14）Insight:  “Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.” (Heb 12:14)

默想：「人非有信，就不能得神的喜悅；因為到神面前來的人，必須信有神，且信祂賞賜那尋求祂的人。」（來11:6）Insight:  “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Heb 11:6)

默想：「所以，你們不可丟棄勇敢的心；存這樣的心必得大賞賜。」（來10:35 ）Insight:  :  “So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.” (Heb 10:35)
