《今日靈修默想》：「我將這些事告訴你們，是要叫你們在我裏面有平安。在世上，你們有苦難；但你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。」（約 16:33 ）
默想一：你因信靠、跟隨、服事耶穌基督而面對更多的苦難、逼迫、掙扎，甚至懼怕嗎？記得，為我們從死裡復活的主，祂在天父上帝的右邊一直為你我代求。祂知道我們的處境，祂了解我們的有限。祂是我們的阿爸父神，祂不會丟棄我們為孤兒。祂會保護我們，如同保護眼中的瞳人（詩17:8）
默想二：請問，世上真正的平安何處尋？找不到！世人有辦法避免苦難嗎？不可能！明天會更好嗎？沒把握！這是我們得面對的世界。聖經告訴我們，基督再來前撒旦知道自己的時日不多，牠像死亡前的掙扎會瘋狂地製造不安，但我們可以坦然無懼，因我們的主已宣告：「但你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。」你靠主多少，你就放心多少。
禱告：主耶穌，感謝祢從死裡復活並勝過死亡。祢知道我們作基督徒的處境會更艱難，但祢已經應許：「我不撇下你們為孤兒。」（約14:18）求祢堅固我的信心，我會抓住袮的應許，並緊緊地跟隨祢，忠於袮的託付，直到行完天路。奉主耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
Meditation one: Do you face more suffering, persecution, struggle, or even fear because you trust, follow, and serve Jesus Christ? Remember, for the Lord who rose from the dead, He has been praying for you and me on the right hand of God the Father. He knows our situation and He knows our limitation. He is our God Abba Father, and He will not abandon us as orphans. He will protect us as the apple of the eye. (Psalm 17:8)
Meditation two: Let me ask, where in this world one can find true peace? Nowhere! Is there any way for the world to avoid hardship? Impossible! Is it going to be better tomorrow? No assurance! This is the world we have to face. The Bible tells us that before Christ comes again, Satan knows not much time left, and will madly create turbulence like the struggling before death. However, we can be fearless, for our Lord has already declared: “But take heart! I have overcome the world.” How much you can rest assuredly is depending upon how much you trust in the Lord,
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for Your resurrection from the death and Your victory over the death. You know that it has been more and more difficult for us to be a Christian, but you have said, “I will not leave you as orphans.” (John 14:18) Please strengthen my faith so I can seize Your promise, follow You closely, and be faithful on what You committed unto me, until the end of the journey. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
