《今日靈修默想》：「你趁著年幼，衰敗的日子尚未來到，就是你所說，我毫無喜樂的那些年日未曾臨近之先，當記念造你的主！」（傳12:1）
默想一 : 為什麼要我們信神不能再等呢？ 因為時間不會等我們；生命不在我們的掌控裡；病痛由不得我們。為此我們「當趁耶和華可尋找的時候尋找祂，相近的時候求告祂」（賽55：6）。當趁著還有今天，及早記念造我們的主，親近祂、認識祂、服事祂，你的人生才有意義、平安和盼望。
默想二：基督徒要怎樣善用有限的人生？要趁著今天還能為主使用時，及早地、甘心地、勇敢地把自己獻給神。像詩歌所講的《將你最好的獻給耶穌，獻出你年輕的力量》。你還要在等什麼？求神光照與憐憫，讓我們及時地回應神的愛。
禱告：親愛的主，感謝祢叫我們從罪裡得了釋放，又賜我們新的生命。求祢幫助我，讓我按祢創造我的旨意，我願意把餘下的光陰給袮用，並全然地為祢而活。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, “I find no pleasure in them”” (Ecc 12:1)
Meditation one: Why we should believe in God and no more waiting? Because time does not wait for us; life is not in our hand; and illness is not under our control. To this end we “Seek the Lord while He may be found; call on Him while He is near” (Isa 55: 6). While we still have our days, remember our Lord the Creator in no time, get closer to Him, know Him, serve Him, and your life will be meaningful, peaceful, and hopeful.
Meditation two: How can a Christian make the most out of a limited life time? On the day while you still can be used by the Lord, dedicate yourself to God in time, willingly and bravely. Like the hymn sings “Give of your best to the master. Give of your strength of your youth”. What are you waiting for? Ask God to shine on you with mercy so that we can respond to God’s love in a timely manner.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for releasing us from sin and for giving us new lives. Help me; let me follow Your will of creating me. I am willing to dedicate the rest of my time to be used by You and live for you completely. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen!
