《今日靈修默想》：耶穌說：「你們這小信的人哪！為什麼膽怯呢？」於是起來斥責風和海，風和海就大大地平靜了」（太8:26）
默想一：信耶穌就一定一帆風順、事事亨通、不遭患難嗎？不見得！基督徒活在世上是不可能避免風與海，但請不要忘記，再恐怖的風暴，我們的主在我們的船上，祂必與我們同行。有掌管風浪的主與我們同在，我們無論在哪裡，都不需懼怕。
默想二：面對未知的將來，你有信心嗎？是大信心還是小信心？主耶穌責備的是小信的人，因他們對神話語的權能失信及動搖。大信心是單純地相信神的話，抓住神的應許，讓神的話改變環境，而不讓環境改變神的話。
禱告：掌管宇宙的主宰，感謝祢同在的保證。我不知道今年的路況如何，不論將會遇到外在或內在的風浪，我先把自己交託給祢，因祢已掌管我的明天。求祢加增我的信心，我願遵照祢的話過每一天的生活。奉主耶穌寶貴的名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.” (Mat 8:26)
Meditation one: Do you think that whoever believes in Jesus will be flourishing, prosperous and will not encounter any suffering? Things may not be this way! It is impossible for Christians to live in this world without facing winds and waves, but please don’t forget that even the most terrifying storm, our Lord is on our boat, and He will come with us. The Lord who rules the storm is with us, so we need not be afraid wherever we are.
Meditation two: Do you have faith toward the unknown future? Is it a great faith or a little faith? The Lord Jesus denounced the believers with little faith for their unbelief and incredulity over the Word of God. Great faith is simply to believe in the Word of God, to seize God’s promises, and to let God’s Word change the environment, but not to let the environment change the Word of God.
Prayer: Master of the universe, thank You for Your assurance. I don’t know how the journey will be this year. Regardless whether I will encounter external or internal storms, I will commit myself to You, because You rules over my tomorrows. Increase my faith, and I will live every day in accordance with Your Word. I pray in the precious name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
