《今日靈修默想》：「兩個麻雀不是賣一分銀子嗎？若是你們的父不許，一個也不能掉在地上；就是你們的頭髮也都被數過了。」（太10:29-30）
默想一：你知道你在天父眼中的價值嗎？若祂尚且不讓麻雀隨便死亡，更何況我們呢？神看重我們人到一個地步，為了拯救我們，祂犧牲了自己獨生愛子耶穌為我們死。因祂受的刑罰，我們得平安；因祂受的鞭傷，我們得醫治。
默想二：朋友，你正處在被人攻擊、陷害、離棄嗎？或正在被炒魷魚、被疾病折磨、被債務纏身、被壓力所困嗎？快放下你的掙扎，相信神，因祂都知道。如果連我們的頭髮祂都數過了，這不就表示祂很在乎我們嗎？是的，我們所遭遇的一切，都是祂所允許的安排，祂知道什麼是對我們有益的。
禱告：親愛的恩主，感謝祢捨己的大愛。更感謝袮，差遣聖靈成為我隨時幫助。人生在世多有苦難、掙扎和挑戰，但有袮的愛，我就不懼怕。我深信袮要藉著這些艱難來磨練我的信心，使我長大成熟。因袮完美的旨意，我要珍惜。奉主耶穌的名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.” (Mat 10:29-30)
Meditation one: Do you know your value in the eyes of Heavenly Father? If He even doesn’t let the sparrow die casually, how about us? God valued us all to the point where, in order to save us, He sacrificed His only begotten Son, Jesus, to die for us. The punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds we are healed.
Meditation two: My friend, are you being criticized, entrapped, or forsaken? Or are you being laid off, suffered by disease, plagued by debt, and trapped by stress? Put down your struggles and believe in God, because He knows all. If even the very hairs of our heads are all numbered, doesn’t that mean that He really cares about us? Yes, everything we encountered is under the planning that is allowed by Him, and He knows what is good for us.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for Your selfless great love. Thank You even more for sending the Holy Spirit to become my ever-present help. There are many hardships, struggles, and challenges in life, but because of Your love, I have no fear. I am convinced that through these difficulties, I can file my faith and bring me maturity. Because of Your perfect will, I will cherish it. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
