《今日靈修默想》：「神是個靈，所以拜祂的，必須用心靈和誠實拜祂。」（約4:24）
默想一：你認識這位你所敬拜的神嗎？越認識神就越知道如何敬拜神。我們的神不受時空限制，若有人想要以有限的頭腦分析、研究無限的神，那是不可能的。神的本體是靈，祂是全知、全能、全在的神。祂配得我們的敬拜、歌頌、讚美。
默想二：你願意每日用心靈按真理敬拜神嗎？神在乎的敬拜不是什麼方式、儀文、禮節，而在乎我們敬拜的態度。敬拜神不是等到主日到教會才算禮拜。你平日的生活就是敬拜的生活，照真理的主所喜悅的生活。
禱告：天父上帝，感謝祢讓我成為敬拜袮的子民。求你光照我，讓我的每日生活與主日的敬拜是相稱的生活。袮是聖潔的神，袮也要我在一切所行的事上聖潔。求祢幫助我，我願天天活出袮的聖潔，以聖潔的心過敬拜的生活。奉耶穌基督得勝的名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” (Joh 4:24)
Meditation one: Do you know the God you worship? The more you know God, the more you know how to worship God. Our God is not limited by time and space. It is not possible for anyone to intend to analyze and study the infinite God with a limited brain. God’s being is spirit, and He is the God of all knowledge, Almighty, and all in it. He deserves our worship, our adoration, and our praise.
Meditation two: Do you wish to worship God in the spirit and in truth every day? God concerns about worship not on the format, or written code, or ritual, but on our attitude of worshiping Him. You do not wait until Sunday to worship God. Your daily life is a life of worship, a life pleasing to the Lord of truth.
Prayer: God heavenly Father, thank You for making me a person to worship You. Shine on me, and let my daily life in keeping with the Sunday worship. You are the holy God. You also want me to be holy in all I do. Please help me to be willing to live out Your holiness every day, to live a life of worship with a sanctified heart. I pray in the victorious name of Jesus Christ’s. Amen!
