《今日靈修默想》：「至於我和我家，我們必定事奉耶和華。」（書24:15）
默想一：誰是你和你全家的主？你說基督是你的一家之主，但你邀請祂作你家的主人嗎？還是叫祂作你家的傭人？今天家庭危機大部分是在「主人」之爭，到底誰要聽誰？誰要服事誰？只有請基督作主作王，家庭就不一樣。
默想二：神藉著耶穌基督拯救了你，除了耶穌基督以外，你還事奉誰呢？你若不把握機會積極地、主動地服事主，世界的金錢、名譽、地位⋯會很容易變成你的「偶像」。我們不能又事奉神，又事奉瑪門［財利］（太6:24）
禱告：主耶穌，感謝祢成為我人生的異象。因祢是那位信實、守約、施慈愛的主，我願意把我的家當作活祭獻給祢用。求祢親自塑造我、潔淨我、操練我、更新我、使用我。至於我和我家，我們必定事奉祢。奉主耶穌寶貴的聖名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD .” (Jos 24:15)
Meditation one: Who is the master of you and your family? You say that Christ is the head of your house, but have you invited Him to be the head of your house? Or make Him your servant? Most family crises today are disputes over the issue of “the master”. Who should listen to whom? Who should serve whom? A family will be different only when invites Christ to be the Lord and and the King.
Meditation two: God saved you through Jesus Christ. Besides Jesus Christ, who else do you serve? If you do not seize the opportunity to eagerly and proactively serve the Lord, the world’s wealth, fames, and status… will easily become your “idol”. You cannot serve both God and mammon (money) (Matthew 6:24)
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for being a vision of my life. Because You are the faithful, keeping the covenant and the kindness Lord, I am willing to offer my home as a living sacrifice to You. Please have You shape me, purify me, train me, renew me, and use me. As for me and my family, we must serve You. I pray in the precious holy name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!
