《今日靈修默想》：「但命令的總歸就是愛；這愛是從清潔的心和無虧的良心，無偽的信心生出來的。」（提前1:5）
默想一：當你聽見有人自稱在聖經裡有「新奇的」亮光、奧秘、啟示、解釋時，你會稀奇嗎？這是萬物結局近了的末世徵兆。但重要的不是什麼“新鮮的”、“獨特的”的看見，而是你平時的信仰態度如何？活出基督的愛嗎？
默想二：任何出於熱心的教導都對嗎？若是為炫耀才智、雄辯口才就會掉入無味的爭論不休裡。出於愛心動機的教導是對的，但必須是來自聖靈引導的心—清潔的心（愛神專一）、無虧的良心（與神和好）、無偽的信心（對神真誠）。
禱告：天父上帝，感謝袮用基督的犧牲把愛具體化地表露出來！求祢的聖靈幫助我，好使我更明白基督的愛是何等的長闊高深，並教導我如何單單地將心歸祢。今天，就使用我成為你愛的使者。禱告是奉主耶穌的名。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.” (1Ti 1:5)
Meditation one: When you hear someone claiming to have “neoteric” insight, mystery, revelation, and interpretation in the Bible, would you be amazed? This is the sign of the last days when the end of all things is at hand. Therefore, what matters is not any “fresh” or “unique” view, but your daily attitude of faith. Have you lived out the love of Christ?
Meditation two: Will a teaching be considered as appropriate only because it is sourced from one’s zeal? If the purpose is to show off one’s talents or eloquence, then it will fall into futile debates. Teachings motivated through love is good, but the heart must be guided by the Holy Spirit—pure heart (love God), good conscience (reconcile with God), and sincere faith (be sincere to God).
Prayer: God Heavenly Father, thank You for manifestly showing Your love through the sacrifice of Christ! Please have the Holy Spirit to help me, so that I can better grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. Please also teach me how to submit my heart to You. Today, please use me as a messenger of your love. I prayer is in the name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
