《今日靈修默想》：只因見風甚大，就害怕，將要沉下去，便喊著說：「主啊，救我！」耶穌趕緊伸手拉住他（彼得），說：「你這小信的人哪，為什麼疑惑呢？」（太14:30-31）
默想一：你正處在人生的大風浪嗎？正跌入死蔭的幽谷嗎？死亡線正逼近你嗎？轉向主並呼求：「主啊，救我！」。主耶穌既然是我們生命的救主，也是我們生活的主，為什麼不求告掌管歷史的主？祂能平靜風浪，也能施行拯救。祂應許：「凡到神面前來的人，必須信有神，且信祂賞賜那尋求祂的人」（來11:6b）
默想二：在跟隨基督的路上，你是靠人還是靠環境？你是靠自己還是靠神？向神尋求幫助不表明你是軟弱無用，而正是對神全然地信而順服。記得：「不是依靠勢力，不是依靠才能，乃是依靠萬軍之耶和華的靈，方能成事」（亞4:6）
禱告：親愛的恩主，感謝祢不嫌棄我這信心膽小的人。求袮幫助我，在遇到困難時，讓我的眼目單單地注目在祢得勝的身上。阿爸父神已應許不會丟棄我爲孤兒，那我疑惑什麼？求袮加增我的信心。奉主耶穌的名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him (Peter). “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?”” (Mat 14:30-31)
Meditation one: Are you in the storm of life? Are you falling into the valley of the shadow of death? Is the shadow of death approaching you? Turn to the Lord and cry out, “Lord, save me!” Since the Lord Jesus is the Savior of our life and the Lord of our lives, why not call upon the Lord who is in charge of history? He can calm the waves, and He brings salvation. He promised: “because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.” (Heb 11: 6b).
Meditation two: Are you relying on people or environment when you are following Christ? Are you relying on yourself or God? Asking God for help doesn’t mean that you are weak and incapable, but that you trust and obey God completely. Remember: “Not by might nor by power, but by Jehovah’s Spirit” (Zec 4: 6).
Prayer: Dear Lord you are my guide, thank You for not despising me as a timid person and of little faith. Please help me. When I encounter difficulties, let my eyes be fixed upon Your victory. Abba Father, you have promised that you will not abandon me as an orphan, so why should I doubt? Please increase my faith. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
