《今日靈修默想》：「我實實在在地告訴你們：那聽我話，又信差我來者的，就有永生，不至於定罪，是已經出死入生了。」（約5:24）
默想一：你相信神嗎？許多宗教也相信神，甚至連魔鬼也相信神的存在。那基督徒所講的相信是指什麼？我們不只是相信耶穌是基督，也相信那位差祂來的神。若不藉著耶穌基督，沒有人能到父神那裡去。耶穌是道路、真理、生命的主。唯有認識主耶穌，才能認識神。
默想二：你對神所賜的永生有把握嗎？若持肯定，你的人生觀、價值觀、世界觀會充滿盼望。因你確知這永生不是死後生效，而是你現在相信，現在就有永生。永生是神賜給所有相信祂的人的禮物。
禱告：感謝神，因為透過耶穌基督的救贖，讓我出死入生。人飢餓非因無餅，乾渴非因無水，乃因不聽神的話（摩8:11b）。求祢指引我，賜我渴慕的心，願傾聽祢話語的心，好叫我的每一天行路有光，生活有力，凡事有盼望。奉祢的名禱告，阿們。
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.” (Joh 5:24)
Meditation one: Do you believe in God? Many religions also believe that God exists, and even the Devil believes the existence of God. What does the word “believe” mean for Christians? We not only believe that Jesus is Christ, but also believe in the God who sent Him. No one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Lord of the way and the truth and the life. Only by knowing Jesus the Lord, we then can know God.
Meditation two: Do you have the assurance of the eternal life that God granted? If you are certain, your outlook of life, value, and the world will be filled with hope. For you are certain that eternal life does not take place after death, but the moment you believe, you have eternal life. Eternal life is a gift from God for all who believe in Him.
Prayer: Thank God, through the salvation of Jesus Christ, I have passed out of death into life. It is not a famine of food or a thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the words of the Lord (Amo 8:11b). Please give me a longing soul; always listen to Your words, so that every day I can walk on a shiny path with a vivid life and trust always. I pray in Your name, Amen.
