《今日靈修默想》：「主就是那靈，主的靈在哪裡，那裏就得以自由。我們眾人既然敞著臉得以看見主的榮光，好像從鏡子裡返照，就變成主的形狀，榮上加榮，如同從主的靈變成的」（林後3:17-18）
默想一：你渴望心靈得真自由嗎？你必須讓主就是真理的靈內住你心。有祂我們在靈裡自由，沒有祂我們就被罪捆住。神應許:『我們若認自己的罪，神是信實的，是公義的，必要赦免我們的罪，洗淨我們一切的不義。』（約一1：9）只有當我們呼求神並認罪悔改時,我們就得著真正的平安與自由!
默想二：基督徒如何長進到「變成主的形狀，榮上加榮。」？消極而言，清除靈程上的帕子，就如虛偽、自傲、傳統、字句、條文。積極而言，渴慕親近神，讓主的靈自由運行在我們裡面。我們更多凝視主，就更多被主榮光照射；我們更多思念主，基督的成形更多在我們的心。
禱告：主耶穌，我感謝祢賜下靈裡的自由。求祢教導我善用這自由更多地親近祢，使主加增，我減少。主！今天使用我的生活來彰顯祢的榮美。禱告是奉主耶穌寶貴的名，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” (2Co 3:17-18)
Meditation one: Do you yearn for having true freedom in your heart? You must let the Lord, the Spirit of truth, dwell in your heart. With Him we are free in spirit, without Him we are bound by sins. God has promised: “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”(1Jn 1:9). Only when we call on God and confess our sins and repent, we will have true peace and freedom!
Meditation two: How Christians grow into “being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory “? From the unconstructive perspective, cleanse the veil from the spiritual pathway such as hypocrisy, pride, tradition, wording, and provision. From the positive viewpoint, we yearn to get nearer to God and let the Lord’s spirit work freely in us. The more we look upon the Lord, the more we are illuminated by the Lord’s glory; the more we think of the Lord, the more Christ is formed in our hearts.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, I thank You for giving the freedom in spirit. Please teach me to make good use of this freedom be closer to You, intensify the Lord and diminish me. Oh Lord! Today, please use my life to reveal Your glorious beauty. I pray in the precious name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!
