《今日靈修默想》：「那美好的仗我已經打過了，當跑的路我已經跑盡了，所信的道我已經守住了。」（提後4:7）
默想一：基督徒要如何安然見主？如果耶穌問你這三個問題，你要如何回答？(1)在屬靈的爭戰上，你為我打美好的仗嗎？(2)在屬天的道路上，你為我跑完嗎？(3)在所信的真道上，你為我堅守到底嗎？你每天的生活就是這些問題的答案。
默想二：基督徒如何在黑暗的時代裡過得勝的生活？不是靠自己，乃是依靠復活的主。當耶穌復活升上高天的時候，就擄掠了仇敵，將各樣的恩賜賞給人(弗4:8) ，爭戰的結果就已經決定了。耶穌己經得勝，並且賜給祂的兒女新的地位、新的權柄，使我們可以『靠著愛我們的主，在這一切的事上已經得勝有餘了。』(羅8:37) 但有份於基督得勝的秘訣在於信心，「因為凡從神生的，就勝過世界，使我們勝過世界的，就是我們的信心。」（約一5:4）
禱告：阿爸父神，感謝袮揀選的恩典，讓我成為神的兒女，也感謝袮榮耀的託付。雖然我的生命有限，所住的世界是短暫，所面對的是黑暗的世界，但我是袮的兒女，是屬得勝的子民。求袮幫助我 ，我願『在至聖的真道上造就自己，在聖靈裡禱告，保守自己常在神的愛中，仰望主耶穌的憐憫，直到永生。』（猶20-21）奉主耶穌得勝的名祈求，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2Ti 4:7)
Meditation one: How can a Christian face to face to meet the Lord in peace? If Jesus asked you these three questions, how would you answer them? (1) In the spiritual battle, have you fought a good fight for me? (2) On the heavenly road, have you finished the race for me? (3) In the truth of faith, have you kept for me to the end? Your daily life is the answer to these questions.
Meditation two: How can Christians live a victorious life in this dark age? Not rely on ourselves, but on the resurrected Lord. When Jesus resurrected and ascended on high, He took many captives and gave gifts to His people. (Eph 4:8). The result of the battle has already been determined. Jesus has already triumphed and has given His children new positions and new authority so that we can “In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us”(Rom 8:37). But the secret of being part of Christ’s victory lies in faith, “for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.” (1Jn 5:4).
Prayer: God Abba Father, thank You for Your grace and choose me as a child of God, and also thank You for your honorable trust. Although my life is brief as well as the world I am in is temporary, and the world I am facing is a dark realm, but I am your child as Your victorious people. Please help me, I am willing to “by building ourselves up in our most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep ourselves in God’s love as we wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring us to eternal life” (Jud 20-21). I pray in the victorious name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!
