默想：「這世界和其上的情慾都要過去，惟獨遵行神旨意的，是永遠常存。」（約一2:17）Insight:  “The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.” (1Jh 2:17)

默想：「我們若認自己的罪，神是信實的，是公義的，必要赦免我們的罪，洗淨我們一切的不義。」(約一1:9)Insight:  “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (1Jh 1:9)

默想：「親愛的弟兄啊，你們既盼望這些事（新天新地），就當殷勤，使自己沒有玷污，無可指摘，安然見主。」（彼後3:14）Insight:  “Dear friends, since you are looking forward to this (a new heaven and a new earth), make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him.” (2Pe 3:14)

默想：「主所應許的尚未成就，有人以為祂是躭延，其實不是躭延，乃是寬容你們，不願有一人沉淪，乃願人人都悔改。」（彼後3:9）Insight:  “he Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2Pe 3:9)

默想：「所以弟兄們，應當更加殷勤，使你們所蒙的恩召和揀選堅定不移。你們若行這幾樣（美好的靈性與德性），就永不失腳。」（彼後1:10）Insight:  “Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things (beautiful spirit and good deeds), you will never stumble.” (2Pe 1:10)

默想：「務要謹守、警醒，因為你們的仇敵魔鬼，如同吼叫的獅子，遍地遊行，尋找可吞吃的人。」（彼前5:8）Insight:  “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” (1Pe 5:8)
