默想：「人非有信，就不能得神的喜悅；因為到神面前來的人，必須信有神，且信祂賞賜那尋求祂的人。」（來11:6）Insight: “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Heb 11:6)
默想：「所以，你們不可丟棄勇敢的心；存這樣的心必得大賞賜。」（來10:35 ）Insight: : “So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.” (Heb 10:35)
默想：「你們不可停止聚會，好像那些停止慣了的人，倒要彼此勸勉，既知道(原文是看見)那日子臨近，就更當如此。」（來10:25）Insight: “not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Heb 10:25)
默想：「人人都有一死，死後且有審判。」（來9:27）Insight: : “Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment.” (Heb 9:27)
默想：主又說：「…我要將我的律法放在他們裏面，寫在他們心上；我要作他們的神；他們要作我的子民。」（來8:10）Insight: “… I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” (Heb 8:10)
默想：「凡靠著祂進到神面前的人，祂都能拯救到底，因為祂是長遠活著，替他們祈求。」（來7:25）Insight: : “Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.” (Heb 7:25)
