《今日靈修默想》：耶穌對他們說：「你們的信心在哪裡呢？」他們又懼怕又稀奇，彼此說：「這到底是誰？祂吩咐風和水，連風和水也聽從祂了。」（路8:25）
默想一：當你遇見人生如海浪衝撞，感覺無力招架，連得救的指望都沒了時，怎麼辦？任由命運擺佈嗎？還是設法靠人或看環境？別忘了，轉向主耶穌，祂同你在船上。祂統管萬有及人類歷史，是掌管我們生命的主。耶穌能平靜風浪，祂也能平靜你生命中的風浪。
默想二：如果主耶穌對你說：「你的信心在哪裡呢？」你的反應會如何？你會虛心地接受主的責備嗎？還是生氣地不理會？是要悔改求神赦免小信？還是跟神自我辯護？人的通病是，順境時信心滿滿，逆境時信心不見；順境時感謝主，逆境時責怪主。你是這樣的人嗎？求神光照。
禱告：天父上帝，感謝祢在風雨中的同在。人生路上經常有「忽然來的暴風」（路8:23），撒旦用各種方式打亂我，要把我推向驚濤駭浪裡，但我倚靠祢，我願抓住祢牢靠的應許。我深信祢是我暴風雨中的主，有袮在船上，我就不怕。奉主耶穌的聖名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: ““Where is your faith?” He asked His disciples. In fear and amazement they asked one another, “Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him.”” (Luk 8:25)
Meditation one: What will you do when your life encounters crashes like a billow of waves that makes you feel powerless to fight back and even lose hope of salvation? Will it simply be at the mercy of fate? Or try to rely on people or count on the environment? Don’t forget to turn to the Lord Jesus; He is with you on the boat. He rules all things and human history, and is the Lord of our lives. Jesus can command the waves, and He can also calm the waves in your life.
Meditation two: If the Lord Jesus says to you, “Where is your faith?” what would be your response? Will you humbly accept the Lord’s reproach? Or will you ignore it angrily? Or will you repent and ask God to forgive your little faith? Or will you defend for yourself? A common issue is that people have strong faith when in prosperity, but lose the faith when in adversity. Are you this type of person? May God enlighten us.
Prayer: God Heavenly Father, thank You for being with me in the storm. There are always “sudden squalls” in the way of life (Luk 8:23). Satan disrupts me in various ways to push me into stormy waves, but I trust in You. I want to grasp Your trustworthy promise. I am persuaded that You are my Lord in the squall, and I have no fear because You are on board. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
