《今日靈修默想》：「天地都要滅沒，你卻要長存。天地都要像衣服漸漸舊了」(來1:11)
默想一：耶穌基督的永恆性與不變性對我們很重要嗎？是的！因為耶穌基督是我們信心的基石和永存的盼望。世界不斷地在變，而且越變越壞，連天地都將會銷化。但耶穌基督卻要長存。因祂是自有永有（出3:14），無始無終（來7:3），未有時間之前就存在了（約1:1），在一切被造的以先（西1:15）就有了。我們因為有不變的耶穌和祂不變的真道，我們活著就有意義、有盼望、有信心。
默想二：你現在所擁有的、所堅持的、所努力的值得你一生的投靠嗎？有許多事會轉眼成空，便如飛而去。『凡有血氣的，盡都如草，他的美榮，都像草上的花，草必枯乾，花必凋謝。惟有主的道是永存的。』（彼前1:25）主的道就是神的話語，是代表神本身的能力。神的話就是靈，就是生命（約6:63)。當我們有主耶穌，我們的人生就不一樣，因為我們已經活在神的國度裡，祂是我們真正的滿足。
禱告：天父上帝，我感謝袮。因袮讓我有份於袮那永不動搖的國度。袮『藉耶穌基督從死裡復活，重生了我們，叫我們有活潑的盼望，可以得著不能朽壞、不能玷污、不能衰殘、為你們存留在天上的基業。』(彼前6:3, 4) 求袮指教我，在千變萬化的世代裡，不效法這世界，乃要心意更新地為袮而活。奉主耶穌的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment” (Heb 1:11)
Meditation one: Are the eternality and immutability of Jesus Christ mean a lot to us? Surely! This is because Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of our faith and eternal hope. The world constantly changes and has been getting worse over time. Even the earth will be dissolved, but God Himself remains forever. He is “I AM WHO I AM” (Exo 3:14), has neither beginning of days nor end of life (Heb 7:3). Before the beginning of time (Joh 1:1), the firstborn of all creation (Col 1:15). Since we have Jesus who changes not and His everlasting truth, we can live a meaningful life with hope and faith.
Meditation two: Is what you have now, what you insist on, and what you work diligently for is worthy of your entire lifetime? There are many things that will soon be gone, and we fly away. “All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.” (1Pe 1:25) The Lord’s Word is God’s words and characterizes God’s very own power. The words of God are full of the Spirit and life (Joh 6:63). When we have the Lord Jesus, our lives will be different, because we are already living in the kingdom of God, and He is our true satisfaction.
Prayer: God heavenly Father, I thank You for letting me become partakers of the kingdom that will never be shaken. God “In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you.” (1Pe 1:3,4) please guide me and not let me be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of my mind. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!
