默想：「這家就是永生神的家，真理的柱石和根基。」（提前3:15） Insight:“Which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.” (1Ti 3:15) 

默想：「我勸你，第一要為萬人懇求、禱告、代求、祝謝；為君王和一切在位的，也該如此，使我們可以敬虔、端正、平安無事的度日。」（提前2:1-2 ） Insight:“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.” (1Ti 2:1-2) 

默想：『基督耶穌降世，為要拯救罪人。』」（提前1:15） Insight:“Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” (1Ti 1:15) 

默想：「但命令的總歸就是愛；這愛是從清潔的心和無虧的良心，無偽的信心生出來的。」（提前1:5）ommand is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.” (1Ti 1:5) 

默想：「弟兄們，你們行善不可喪志。」（帖後3:13）Insight:“And as for you, brothers and sisters, never tire of doing what is good.” (2Th 3:13)
