默想：「所以，我們應當離開基督道理的開端，竭力進到完全的地步，不必再立根基，就如那懊悔死行、信靠神。」(來6:1)Insight: “Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death” (Heb 6:1)
默想：「惟獨長大成人的，才能吃乾糧；他們的心竅習練得通達，就能分辨好歹了。」（來 5:14 ）Insight: “But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.” (Heb 5:14 )
