《今日靈修默想》：『祂被掛在木頭上，親身擔當了我們的罪，使我們既然在罪上死，就得以在義上活。因祂受的鞭傷，你們便得了醫治。』（彼前2:24）
默想一：耶穌基督在十字架上為我們做了什麼？古往今來、一直到永遠，沒有任何事物，能比耶穌基督在十字架上所成就的工作更加確定。唯有耶穌，才能讓人類與上帝恢復和好的關係。只有耶穌，才能使救贖成為你我生命的根基。獨有耶穌，才能開出一條活路，讓我們得以與上帝相交。
默想二：耶穌基督的十字架代表什麼？十字架是基督教信仰的核心，因為救主耶稣在其上彰顯了上帝的公義和慈愛，完成了救贖，不僅使神和人和好，也開通了人與人和好的途徑。今天你我之所以能蒙恩得救，是因為上帝付上了昂貴的代價。十字架，是上帝與罪惡交鋒的地方，也是生命之路展開的所在。其中的代價與痛苦，上帝全都承擔在祂的心坎裡。
禱告：感謝天父上帝的大愛。袮為了拯救世人，就差遣耶穌基督降世為人，為我們的罪被釘在十字架。因耶穌在十字架所流的寶血，我眾罪都蒙潔淨。因著十字架，我的存在才有意義，我的生活才有目標，我的服事才有價值。求袮帶領我，讓我的一生，看十字架為珍寶，以十字架為我永遠的榮耀。奉耶穌基督寶貴的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed” (1Pe 2:24)
Meditation one: What has Jesus Christ accomplished for us on the cross? Throughout the ages, till forever, nothing can be more certain than the work accomplished by Jesus Christ on the cross. Only Jesus can restore a harmonious relationship between mankind and God. Only Jesus can make salvation the foundation for the life of you and me. Only Jesus can open a vivid pathway so that we can have fellowship with God.
Meditation two: What does the cross of Jesus Christ represent? The cross becomes the core of Christians’ faith is because Jesus the Savior revealed God’s righteousness and love on it, which fulfilled the salvation. It not only reconciled people to God, but also opened up a pathway to reconcile among peoples. Today, you and I can be saved by grace because God has paid a high price. The cross is where God confronts sin and where the path of life begins. God bears all the price and pain in His heart.
Prayer: Thank God heavenly Father for the amazing love. In order to save the people of the world, You sent Jesus Christ to come into the world as a man and be nailed to the cross for our sins. Because of the blood that Jesus shed on the cross, all my sins are cleansed. Because of the cross, my existence becomes meaningful, my life has a goal, and my serving has a value. Please guide me to see the cross as a treasure throughout my life time and take the cross as my forever glory. I pray in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
