默想：耶穌說：『凡屬真理的人，就聽我的話。』（約18:37）Insight: “Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.” (Joh 18:37)

默想：「聖父啊，求祢因祢所賜給我的名保守他們，叫他們合而為一，像我們一樣。」（約17:11b）Insight: “Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name, the name you gave me, so that they may be one as we are one.” (Joh 17:11b)

默想：「我將這些事告訴你們，是要叫你們在我裏面有平安。在世上，你們有苦難；但你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。」（約 16:33 ）

默想：「我是葡萄樹，你們是枝子；常在我裏面的，我也常在他裏面，這人就多結果子。因為離了我，你們就不能做什麼。」（約15:5）Insight: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” (Joh 15:5)

默想：「我留下平安給你們，我將我的平安賜給你們。我所賜的，不像世人所賜的；你們心裡不要憂愁，也不要膽怯。」（約14:27）Insight: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (Joh 14:27)

默想：「我賜給你們一條新命令，乃是叫你們彼此相愛；我怎樣愛你們，你們也要怎樣相愛。」（約13:34）Insight: “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” (Joh 13:34)
