默想：「我實實在在地告訴你們：那聽我話，又信差我來者的，就有永生，不至於定罪，是已經出死入生了。」（約5:24）Insight: “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.” (Joh 5:24)

默想：「神是個靈，所以拜祂的，必須用心靈和誠實拜祂。」（約4:24）Insight: “God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” (Joh 4:24)

默想：「神愛世人，甚至將祂的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信（持續信入）祂的，不至滅亡，反得永生。」（約3:16）Insight: “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes (continuously) in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (Joh 3:16)

默想：耶穌又對賣鴿子的說：「把這些東西拿去！不要將我父的殿當作買賣的地方（市場）」（約2:16）Insight: “To those who sold doves he said, “Get these out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house into a market!”” (Joh 2:16)

默想：『道成了肉身，住在我們中間，充充滿滿的有恩典有真理。』（約1:14）Insight: “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us . . . full of grace and truth.” (Joh 1:14)

默想：「凡接待祂的，就是信祂名的人，祂就賜他們權柄，作神的兒女。」（約1:12）Insight: “Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” (Joh 1: 12)
