《今日靈修默想》：『但基督已經從死裡復活，成為睡了之人初熟的果子』（林前15:20）
默想一：當世人問神『我們受苦時，袮在哪裡？』我們有沒有想過，『當耶穌受難時，我們在哪裡？』其實，耶穌的受難，就是為了解決人類的苦難。因在兩千多年前，基督照聖經所說祂為世人的罪受死，也為世人而復活（林前15:3-4）。基督的死是解決罪的問題，而基督的復活是解決死的問題。
默想二: 基督的復活為什麼很重要？是為了見證神的大能。如果祂創造了宇宙萬物，祂就擁有掌控它的大能，只有創造生命的神才能令生命死而復生。耶穌從墳墓中復活，顯明祂對生命和死亡具有至高無上的權利。
禱告：讚美神！因為袮『使我們藉著我們的主耶穌基督得勝。』（林前15:57）。因基督的復活，我們有嶄新的生命和永生的確據；因基督的復活，我們能在患難中經歷袮的同在和平安。求袮使用我，在不安的世界裡，積極地傳福音，領人歸主。奉耶穌寶貴的名禱告，阿們！
代求：為全世界的新冠病毒疫情禱告。求神賜各國領袖謙卑的心，願放下成見而全力搶救目前的疫情，共同研擬有效政策控制病毒，使各種防疫物資能有效控管與運用。特別為災情嚴重的意大利、西班牙、 伊朗、中國、韓國、美國等禱告。
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.” (1Co 15:20)
Meditation one: When people of the world ask God, “Where are You when we suffer?” Have we ever thought, “Where are we when Jesus was crucified?” In fact, the crucifixion of Jesus is to resolve the suffering of human. About two thousand years ago, Christ died for our sins and was also raised for us according to the Scriptures (1Co 15:3-4). The death of Christ is to solve the problem of sin, and the resurrection of Christ is to solve the problem of death.
Meditation two: Why is Christ’s resurrection important? It is to witness the power of God. If He created all things in the universe, He surely has the power to control it, and only the God who created life can resurrect a life. The resurrection of Jesus from the tomb shows that He has the supreme authority over life and death.
Prayer: Praise God because You “give us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1Co 15:57)! Because of the resurrection of Christ, we have a brand new life and the assurance of eternal life; because of the resurrection of Christ, we can experience Your presence and peace even in tribulation. Please use me to enthusiastically preach the gospel in this restless world and bring people to the Lord. I pray in the precious name of Jesus, Amen!
Intercession: Pray for the COVIC-19 epidemic around the world. May God give the leaders of all nations a humble heart, willing to put aside prejudices and spare no effort to rescue the current epidemic situation, work together to develop applicable policies to control the virus, so that various epidemic prevention materials can be effectively controlled and utilized. In particular, pray for Italy, Spain, Iran, China, South Korea, and the United States, which have encountered severe catastrophes.
