《今日靈修默想》：「因為神的恩賜和選召是沒有後悔的。」（羅11:29）
默想一：神是憑著什麼來揀選和呼召我們？不是按我們的行為、才幹、智慧，乃是按著神的旨意；神所賜的救恩，也是出於祂的旨意，這與我們的行為沒有一點關係。我們的得救不會因著我們會改變的行為而有改變，乃是在神不改變的旨意裏永遠堅定。
默想二：你最近的屬靈光景一直在低迷狀態嗎？時有懷疑神離你好遠嗎？別忘了，祂並沒有離開你，因祂的恩典乃是一生之久；常變心的是人自己，神從不會變心。上帝是守約施慈愛的，祂向我們所顯的慈愛是永遠常存的。
禱告：阿爸父神，讚美祢不變的愛。因祢豐富的恩賜和特別的選召，我要獻上一生來回應祢的愛。求袮幫助我，我願盡心、盡意、盡性、盡力愛袮，並在一切所行的事上活出與蒙召的恩相稱的生活（弗4:1）。奉主耶穌寶貴的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “For God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.” (Rom 11:29)
Meditation one: Why does God choose and call us? It is not by our deeds, talents, and wisdom, but by God’s will; God’s salvation is also according to His will, which has nothing to do with our deeds. Our salvation will not be changed by our untrustworthy deeds, but will always be firm in God’s unchangeable will.
Meditation two: Has you spiritual life been gloomy lately? Are you sometimes wondering that God is far away from you? Don’t forget that He didn’t leave you, because His grace is for a life time. It is the people who change their minds constantly, and God never changes His heart. God keeps covenant and loving kindness and the love that He has shown us will abide forever.
Prayer: Abba Father, thank You for Your everlasting love. Because of your gifts and call, I want to offer my entire life to respond Your love. Please help me; and I will love You with all my heart and with all my soul and with all my mind and with all my strength to live a life worthy of the calling I have received (Eph 4:1). I pray in the precious name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!
