《今日靈修默想》：「我已經與基督同釘十字架，現在活著的不再是我，乃是基督在我裡面活著; 並且我如今在肉身活著，是因信神的兒子而活，祂是愛我，為我捨己」（加2:20a)
默想一：人有辦法在神面前得救嗎？有人設法以操練行善、拼命苦修、自我犧牲與自我刻苦，可是這些在神面前是行不通的。人若配得救恩，或可憑己力賺取救恩，救恩就不再是一個恩典。與神和好的恩典，不是靠著行為，而是藉著信心，也就是因信稱義。
默想二：怎麼讓人知道你『現在活著的不再是我」？你的特質還在，但是你生存的動機，主導你生命的本性，全都徹底改變了。你的身體或許還跟以前一 樣，但那以往從撒旦而來想要自作主張的權勢已經被毀滅了。這改變的生命是「不再是我，乃是基督」。若有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已過，都變成新的了（林後5:17）。
禱告：親愛的主，感謝袮！因祢已經為我的罪而死、而葬、而復活了，是祢的大愛讓我有今天的新生命、新生活、新盼望。求袮幫助我，我願在今後的日子裡，不再為自己，乃是為基督而活。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” (Gal 2:20a)
Meditation one: Can people have a way to be saved in front of God? People can try to practice good deeds, to contemplate diligently, to sacrifice of themselves, or to live a thrift life for themselves. However, none of these will work before God. If one deserves salvation, or can earn salvation on one’s own way, salvation is no longer a grace. The grace of having peace with God is not by deeds, but by faith, that is, justification by faith.
Meditation two: How do you make people realize that you are “It is no longer I who live”? Your traits are still there, but your motivation for living, and the disposition that governs your life, have all been changed thoroughly. Your body may still be the same as used to be, but the power that used to come from Satan to want you to be self-assured has been demolished. The renewed life is “I no longer live, but Christ lives in me”. If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here (2Co 5:17).
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You! For my sins, You have died, been buried, and resurrected. Today, it is Your great love that has given me a new soul, a new life, and a new hope. Please help me, from now on I will no longer live for myself, but for Christ. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
