《今日靈修默想》：「然而神既有豐富的憐憫，因祂愛我們的大愛，當我們死在過犯中的時候，便叫我們與基督一同活過來［你們得救本乎恩］」（弗2:4-5）
默想一：怎麼知道我們在基督裡有了新生命？過去我們迷醉在罪中沒有感覺，像死了一樣。但自從基督的生命進到我們裏面，我們新的生命對罪有了敏感和反抗，罪不能再像過去那樣地轄制我們。從前的享樂和滿足感在罪中卻不知.如今罪卻成了可憎和厭惡的。基督徒都會有這樣的經歷，因為是神已經叫我們與基督一同活過來，我們的靈已經甦醒過來。只有靈甦醒過來的人，神的恢復工作才能顯在我們身上。
默想二：神的大愛為我們作了甚麼？祂差遣獨生愛子耶穌基督為我們的罪死了、埋葬了、三日後復活了，便叫我們和祂一同活過來。一切信祂的人，不但不再死在罪中，脫離了滅亡的永刑，而且活在祂的恩典中，得著永生的生命。我們是因著神的奇異恩典才能出死入生。
禱告：感謝讚美主，因著祢豐富的憐憫和大愛，使我蒙恩得救成為神的兒女。因著袮，我的生命才有意義；因著袮，我的生活有方向。求祢教導我如何善用祢所賜的光陰。我願在靈命上追求更長進；在信心上更茁壯；在事奉上更忠心，在與祢的關係上更親密。奉主耶穌寶貴的聖名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. ” (Eph 2:4-5)
Meditation one: How do we know that we have a new life in Christ? In the past, we were lost in transgressions with no feeling, like dead. But since the life of Christ entered into us, our new life has become sensitive and resistant toward sins, and no longer under the power of sins as it was before. In the past, we failed to realize that we were falling in sinful pleasure and satisfaction. Now sin has become abomination and disgust. All Christians have encountered such because God has raised us from death with Christ and our spirit has been awakened. Only those whose spirits are awakened can God’s revival work be revealed on us.
Meditation two: What has God’s great love done for us? He sent his only beloved Son, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins, was buried, and resurrected three days later, so made us alive with Him. All those who believe in Him not only no longer perish in sin but also are free from the eternal punishment of demolishing, and live in His grace and have eternal life. We can pass out of death into life is because of God’s amazing grace.
Prayer: Thank and praise the Lord, because of your abundant mercy and great love, I have been given the grace and saved to become a child of God. Because of You, my life becomes meaningful; because of You, my daily life has a direction. Please teach me how to make good use of the time you have given to me. I am willing to press on and grow more spiritually; to be stronger in faith; to be more faithful in ministries, and to be closer in relationship with You. I pray in the precious holy name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
