《今日靈修默想》：「在神我們的父面前，不住地記念你們因信心所做的工夫，因愛心所受的勞苦，因盼望我們主耶穌基督所存的忍耐。」（帖前1:3）
默想一：基督徒為什麼能有精彩的人生？因為我們在基督裡擁有信心、愛心、盼望。信望愛是基督信仰的根基。我們的行事為人要讓人看到神的權能如何將我們從過去的不堪，變成今天的豐盛，就歸榮耀於神。
默想二：你有信心，但有從信心來的工作果效嗎？沒有行為的信心是死的。你有愛心，但你樂意因爲愛神、愛人、愛教會而勞苦嗎？真正的愛有十字架的代價在背後。你有永生的盼望，但你能忍受因信仰而有的苦難嗎？存心忍耐，神的靈將親自工作，並帶來美好的果效。
禱告：感謝神，因袮所賜的信心、愛心和盼望。求袮幫助我在信心的道路上願意付上順服的代價，在愛心上願意付上勞苦的代價，在盼望上願意付上忍耐的代價。無論處境如何的艱難，讓我照樣地活出信、望、愛的生活。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1Th 1:3)
Meditation one: Why can a Christian have a wonderful life? It is because we have faith, love, and hope in Christ. Faith, hope, and love are the foundation of Christianity. Our manner of life should make known to others how God’s power has transformed us from the agonizing past to today’s abundance, and give the glory to God.
Meditation two: You have faith, yet do you have the work produced by faith? Faith apart from work is useless. You have love, but are you willing to labor hard because you love God, love people, and love the church? True love has the price of the cross behind it. You have the hope of eternal life, but can you endure suffering because of your belief? Run with patience, the Spirit of God will work by Himself and bring good results.
Prayer: Thank God for giving us the faith, love, and hope. Please help me to be willing to pay the price of obedience on the path of faith, to be willing to pay the price of labor prompted by love, and to be willing to pay the price of endurance inspired by hope. No matter how difficult the situation may be, let me still live out a life of faith, hope, and love. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
