《今日靈修默想》：「從來沒有人見過神，我們若彼此相愛，神就住在我們裡面，愛祂的心在我們裡面得以完全了。」（約一4:12）
默想一：我們沒有一個人親眼看過神，因為神是靈（約4:24）。人怎麼認識神？當我們照基督的愛去彼此相愛，就能使人看見那住在我們裡面的神。雖然不是肉眼所能見，卻因我們相愛的生活，就能使人認識到那不可見的神。主耶穌說：「你們若有彼此相愛的心，眾人因此就認出你們是我的門徒了。」（約13:34）。只有當我們在基督裡彼此相愛，神的愛就得以完全。
默想二: 神愛我們的目的是什麼？是要我們成為祂愛的出口！神的祝褔，從來不會只停留在我們身上，而是要藉著我們傳出去。神將衪的愛賜給我們，並不是要我們壟斷衪的愛，而是要透過我們向其他人分享衪的愛。『主為我們捨命，我們從此就知道何為愛；我們也當為弟兄捨命。』（約一3:16）
禱告：感謝神，因袮奇異的愛竟然臨到我，袮的愛讓我看到自己的尊貴與價值。袮在十字架上的捨身流血，把袮的愛表露到最高點。求袮教導我，我願盡上愛人的責任，就像袮愛我一樣。奉耶穌基督的名禱告。阿們！
《Today’s spiritual meditation》: “No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.” (1Jh 4:12)
Meditation one: None of us have seen God with our very own eyes because God is Spirit (Joh 4:24). How can people know God? When we love one another according to the love of Christ, we can make people see the God who lives in us. Although it is not observable to the naked eye, because of our life of love that makes people know the invisible God. The Lord Jesus said, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” (Joh 13:35). God’s Love towardsus cannot be made complete unless during Christians’ fellowship, the God’s Love is “in us”. Only when we love one another in Christ then God’s love can be made complete.
Meditation two: What is God’s purpose to love us? The purpose is to want us to be the outlet of His love! God’s blessings must not just stay within us, but be proclaimed through us. God gives His love to us is not for us to monopolize His love, but to share His love with others through us. “This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.” (1Jh 3:16)
Prayer: Thank God, because of Your amazing love comes even upon me. Your love makes me see the honor and value on me. Your sacrifice and Your blood shed on the cross have revealed Your Love to the highest point. Please teach me, I am willing to fulfill the responsibility of loving people, just like Your loving upon me. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
