《聖誕靈修默想》：「基督耶穌降世，為要拯救罪人。」（提前1:15）
默想一：聖誕節，一般人會想到什麼？就是聖誕老公公、聖誕禮物、聖誕樹、聖誕晚會。但這些東西跟耶穌的降生沒有任何的關聯，也沒有任何的意義。簡單來說，聖誕節的主要的意義是『基督耶穌降世，為要拯救罪人』。在聖潔又公義的神面前，我們都是罪人，但神差遣耶穌為世人的罪死在十字架上，祂的犧牲顯明了上帝對人的愛。
默想二：假如主耶穌沒有降生到世上，這個世界會怎麼樣？就不可能有今天的普世歡騰；我們不可能認識上帝，也無法與神和好；我們仍然在罪中，心靈空虛，沒有平安、喜樂和盼望；我們也永不明白神的慈愛、信實和公義；我們很難明白人被造的目的及生存的意義。聖誕節沒有耶穌基督，這節日就空洞無意義。
禱告：感謝天父，因救主降生，普世歡騰。我們的生命才有意義，世界才有盼望。今年是多災多難、動盪不安的一年，但神愛世人的心從不改變。在患難中我更經歷袮的同在，使我更認識自己需要神，也讓我更親近神。今年的聖誕季節世人仍在疫情的籠罩下，但我相信袮必保守屬袮的兒女如同保護眼中的瞳人（詩17:8）。為此，我要以感恩的心把握機會跟人分享袮的福音。奉耶穌基督的名禱告，阿們！

《Christmas spiritual meditation》: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” (1Ti 1:15)
Meditation one: What do most people think about Christmas? It is Santa Claus, Christmas gifts, Christmas trees, and Christmas parties. But these things have nothing to do with the birth of Jesus, nor do they have any meaning. In short, the essential about Christmas is “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”. We are all sinners in front of the holy and righteous God, but God sent Jesus to die on the cross for the sins of the world. His sacrifice revealed God’s love for all the people.
Meditation two: If the Lord Jesus was not born into the world, what would the world be like? Today’s world is not possible to have the joy. We are not able to know God, nor can we reconcile to God. We will continue in sin, with empty hearts, with no peace, joy and hope. We can neither understand God’s love, faith and justice. It will be hard for us to know the purpose of the meaning of being created and the purpose of living. Christmas without Jesus Christ, this holiday is pointless and meaningless.
Prayer: Thank You Heavenly Father, the world rejoices because of the birth of the Savior. Our lives become meaningful and the world has hope. This year is a turbulent and unsettled year, but God’s love for the world has never changed. In tribulation, I have experienced Your presence even more, which makes me more aware of my need for God and brought me closer to God. This year’s Christmas season, the world is still under the shadow of the pandemic, but I trust that You will keep Your children as the apple of Your eye (Psa 17:8). For this reason, with a grateful heart, I want to seize the opportunity to share Your gospel with others. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
