讀經：路加福音第十章。
默想：耶穌回答說：「馬大，馬大！你為許多的事思慮煩擾，但是不可少的只有一件，馬利亞已經選擇那上好的福分，是不能奪去的。」（路10:41-42）
默想一：你曾經歷過服事主越久越沒勁？越做越灰心嗎？越做越煩躁？若是，你需要在神面前「休息」。我們得救在乎歸回安息，我們得力在乎平靜安穩（賽30:15）。來到主前的靜默禱告，會讓你從新得力，並且走更遠的路。
默想二：你要選擇耶穌所說的「上好的福分」嗎？為神大發熱心好，但不要像馬大忙到心亂以致埋怨，乃要學習馬利亞把握在「耶穌腳前坐著聽祂的道」的機會（v.39）。與主建立愛的關係是靠每日的靈修生活。當你與主的關係好時，你與家人、配偶、子女、弟兄姊妹、同事、朋友的關係也會和諧。
禱告：親愛的主，感謝祢所賜的上好福分。求祢時時提醒我，不要忙到忘了靈修。也不要忙著事奉卻忘了所服事的主。主，我不要以工作的熱心來滿足袮，而是以真心的愛來滿足袮。奉主耶穌的聖名禱告。阿們！
Bible Reading: Luke 10.
Insight: ““Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”” (Luk 10:41-42)
Insight one: Have you ever experienced that the longer you serve the Lord the feebler you become? Are you getting more discouraged? Becoming more irritable? If so, you need to “rest” before God. You will be saved in returning and rest. Your strength will be in quietness and in confidence (Isa 30:15). Pray quietly before the Lord will help you renew your strength and go further.
Insight two: Do you choose what Jesus calls “what is better”? It is good to be very zealous for the Lord, but don’t be overly busy and become upset and complain, but learn from Mary’s opportunity to set at Jesus’ feet listening to what He said (v.39). Establishing a love relationship with the Lord depends on daily spiritual meditation. When your relationship with the Lord is good, your relationship with your family, spouse, children, brothers and sisters, colleagues, and friends will also be harmonious.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for your best blessing. Please remind me from time to time to not be too busy to forget about spiritual meditation. Also do not become too busy in serving You therefore forget the Lord whom I served. Lord, I will not satisfy You through the zeal of labor, but I will satisfy You with the true love. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus. Amen!
