默想：「務要傳道！無論得時不得時，總要專心，並用百般的忍耐，各樣的教訓，責備人、警戒人、勸勉人。」（提後4:2 ） Insight:“Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.” (2Ti 4:2) 

默想：「聖經都是神所默示的，於教訓、督責、使人歸正、教導人學義，都是有益的，叫屬神的人得以完全，預備行各樣的善事。」（提後3:16-17） Insight:“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2Ti 3:16-17) 

默想：「人若自潔，脫離卑賤的事，就必作貴重的器皿，成為聖潔，合乎主用。（提後2:21） Insight:“Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.” (2Ti 2:21) 

默想：「為這緣故，我也受這些苦難。然而我不以為恥；因為知道我所信的是誰，也深信祂能保全我所交付祂的(或譯：祂所交託我的)，直到那日。」（提後1:12）Insight:“That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet this is no cause for shame, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until that day.” (2Ti 1:12) 

默想：「因為神賜給我們的，不是膽怯的心，乃是有剛強、仁愛、謹守的心。」（提後1:7）  Insight:“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.” (2Ti 1:7) 

要為真道打那美好的仗，持定永生。你為此被召，也在許多見證人面前已經作了美好的見證。」（提前6:12） ight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” (1Ti 6:12)
