默想：那日（就是七日的第一日）晚上，門徒所在的地方，因怕猶太人，門都關了。耶穌來站在當中，對他們說：「願你們平安！」（約20:19）Insight: “On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”” (Joh 20:19)
默想：耶穌嘗了那醋，就說：「成了！」便低下頭，將靈魂交付神了。（約19:30）Insight: “When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.” (Joh 19:30)
默想：耶穌說：『凡屬真理的人，就聽我的話。』（約18:37）Insight: “Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.” (Joh 18:37)
默想：「聖父啊，求祢因祢所賜給我的名保守他們，叫他們合而為一，像我們一樣。」（約17:11b）Insight: “Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name, the name you gave me, so that they may be one as we are one.” (Joh 17:11b)
默想：「我是葡萄樹，你們是枝子；常在我裏面的，我也常在他裏面，這人就多結果子。因為離了我，你們就不能做什麼。」（約15:5）Insight: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” (Joh 15:5)
