默想：主耶穌說：「我就是門：凡從我進來的，必然得救，並且出入得草吃。」（約10:9）Insight: “I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.” (Joh 10:9)

默想：耶穌回答說：「也不是這人犯了罪，也不是他父母犯了罪，是要在他身上顯出神的作為來。」（約9:3）Insight: ““Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.” (Joh 9:3)

默想：耶穌說：「你們若常常遵守我的道，就真是我的門徒。你們必曉得真理，真理必叫你們得以自由。」（約8:31-32）Insight: “Jesus said, ‘If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.’” (Joh 8:31-32)

默想：「我是世界的光。跟從我的，就不在黑暗裡走，必要得著生命之光。」（約8:12）Insight: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (Joh 8:12)

默想：耶穌站著高聲說：『人若渴了，可以到我這裏來喝！信我的人就如經上所說：「從他腹中要流出活水的江河來。」』（約 7:37-38）Insight: “Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, ‘Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.’” (Joh 7:37-38)

默想：耶穌說：「我就是生命的糧。到我這裡來的，必定不餓；信我的，永遠不渴。」（約6:35）Insight: “Then Jesus declared, ‘I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.’” (Joh 6:35)
