默想經文：耶穌連忙對他們說：「你們放心，是我，不要怕」（可6:50）Insight: “Immediately Jesus spoke to them and said, “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”” (Mar 6:50)

默想經文：耶穌（對被群鬼所附而得釋放的）說：「你回家去，到你的親屬那裏，將主為你所做的是何等大的事，是怎樣憐憫你，都告訴他們。」（可 5:19 )Insight: Jesus said (to the man who had been possessed then released), “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” (Mar 5:19)

默想經文：耶穌醒了，斥責風，向海說：「住了吧！靜了吧！」風就止住，大大地平靜了。耶穌對他們說：「為什麼膽怯，你們還沒有信心嗎？」（可4:39-40）Insight: “He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”” (Mar 4:39-40)

默想經文：「凡遵行神旨意的人，就是我的弟兄姊妹和母親了。」（可3:35）Insight: “Whoever does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.” (Mar 3:35 )

默想經文：「康健的人用不著醫生，有病的人才用得著。我來本不是召義人，乃是召罪人。」（可2:17）Insight: “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Mar 2:17)

默想經文：「次日早晨，天未亮的時候，耶穌起來，到曠野地方去，在那裏禱告。」（可1:35）Insight: “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.” (Mar 1:35)
