默想經文：耶穌說：「撒在好地上的，就是人聽道明白了，後來結實，有一百倍的，有六十倍的，有三十倍的。」（太13:23）Insight: “But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.” (Mat 13:23)

默想經文：「壓傷的蘆葦，他不折斷；將殘的燈火，他不吹滅。」（太12:20）Insight: “A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.” (Mat 12:20)

默想經文：「凡勞苦擔重擔的人，可以到我這裡來，我就使你們得安息。」（太11:28）Insight: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Mat 11:28)

默想經文：「兩個麻雀不是賣一分銀子嗎？若是你們的父不許，一個也不能掉在地上；就是你們的頭髮也都被數過了。」（太10:29-30）Insight: “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.” (Mat 10:29-30)

默想經文：「康健的人用不著醫生，有病的人才用得著。⋯我來，本不是召義人，乃是召罪人。」（太9:12-13）Insight: “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. . . For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Mat 9:12-13)

默想經文：耶穌說：「你們這小信的人哪！為什麼膽怯呢？」於是起來斥責風和海，風和海就大大地平靜了」（太8:26）Insight: “He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.” (Mat 8:26)
